Common questions
Do I need to already have Amazon Ads campaigns?
No. If you're starting from scratch, AdsGame will scaffold your initial Sponsored Products campaigns (AUTO-HI, AUTO-LO, AUTO-ALL) as part of onboarding. If you already have campaigns, the optimizer takes over where you left off.
What does "approve-first" mean?
Before any bid change, negative keyword, or campaign pause goes live, you receive an email with a one-click approve or reject link. Nothing changes on your Amazon account until you say so. Autopilot mode (Growth and Pro) executes changes automatically on your behalf.
How does the optimizer work?
Each run pulls fresh performance data from Amazon, audits every campaign against your target TACoS and royalty floor, adjusts keyword bids using conversion rate windows, promotes high-performing search terms to exact-match campaigns, and pushes cascade negatives to prevent cannibalization.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing page inside your portal. Changes take effect immediately and Stripe handles proration automatically.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee, no contract. Monthly billing, cancel any time. If you cancel, automation stops at the end of your current billing period and your data is retained for 30 days.
What happens if my TACoS is already high when I sign up?
The first optimizer run audits every campaign, flags the worst performers for pause or review, and tightens bids on high-spend zero-sale keywords. Most accounts see measurable TACoS improvement within 2–3 optimizer cycles.
